RedPoints is a group of services targeted at people or companies which need audits, interventions of unauthorized/unwanted content withdrawal and statistics in the Internet. Our application is based on two disciplines, both specialized in copyright, image and registered trademark rights, but they belong to completely different fields: Law and Informatics.
Our application is based on two different but coordinated disciplines: the legal discipline specialized in copyright, new technologies, image and trademarks rights and the informatics discipline, which has developed a unique application. From their union, a new tool and efficient team of specialists in the Internet came up: RED POINTS.
The application Red Points is characterized by the work it undertakes, which others reject. This work cannot be made with projections or information an analyst may provide. The assignments need to be made link by link, with each information detail and only manually, especially those that require a legion of specialized users because of their magnitude, which has been normally the case with issues concerning the Internet.
Red Points origin
RED POINTS was born in 2008 from the need to control the downloading of protected content in the Internet, material used without the authorization and with no economic compensation to the owner of the copyrights or image rights.
RED POINTS was born with the aim of studying thoroughly the phenomenon of piracy in the Net and looking for solutions that would protect the owners of these rights. After two years of intensive work, we have developed two tools successfully:
.- Red Points: 98% efficiency in downloads from Direct Links, music, cinema, photographs, slander and calumnies, etc.
We are currently developing other applications.
RED POINTS was born proposing the first system that changes the erroneous current anti-piracy policies; our system of work focuses on the content and with this base, one by one they are eliminated with no legal actions, without attacking the net runner and allowing a free use of the Internet but controlling only protected content.
RED POINTS was born in 2008 from the initiative and union of the lawyer Josep Coll Rodriguez, Law Office Legal Arts Consultancy and a Team of computer specialists, experts on the downloading of content in the Net and the development of applications. Together they have created unique tools that will change the net runners’ habits.
RED POINTS was born with the goal of not seeing the cinemas, music shops, recording studios etc. disappear.

All these services are based on systems of staff organization and resources optimization. Basically, our team works against the clock, at a high speed, with the aim of having an effect of a similar magnitude in the Net. While changes are made, each and every action is documented and a big deal of information is collected. This additional work to our main task gives us the legal base for possible actions and statistics to assess the damage caused.
RedPoints is the only Spanish-Italian application capable of managing interventions based on one-by-one procedures, it is the only one to assess and report each action in real time, the only one whose results are not based on suppositions or projections but on real facts collected from punctual actions, one by one.
Piracy in the Net/Direct downloads

Our package of services to combat piracy in the Net and illegal downloads is completely changing the perception of those who manage royalties, the idea that effective punctual actions do not exist, the erroneous belief that this infringement cannot be tackled. Nothing further from the truth.
Our team is capable of managing 98% of the sites where direct download links are diffused, the future of the violating activity. This entails the disappearance of threads, download links, photographs and any material which can be used without authorization. When we talk about management of copyright-violating material we include the following aspects:

RedPoints team will assess the legal circumstances of all elements which can be registered. All trademarks, models and images with which your company works must be protected before the actions start. The legal area specialized in trademarks, image rights and commercial law coordinates all the necessary actions in order to legitimate our next actions.
The technical area elaborates a thorough searc h about the unauthorized use of your copyright, locating, documenting and eliminating content in a short period of time.
These actions immediately provoke changes in the Net. Where the competence had used unauthorized content, empty pages will be found; in the searc h engines, the links will be broken and finally, the regulation will be finished in less than a month, unless it is necessary to be in litigation with some of the administrators of the infringing web pages.
